Deposit and cancellation

When making an appointment, you will always be asked to pay a deposit. Please have it ready to transfer. Your booking is only complete after this payment.

  • You can pay it via bank transfer, paypal or cash in the studio.

  • Deposits are always deducted from the final price, it is not a hidden fee.

  • Deposits are non refundable! You can reschedule your appointment once with the same deposit if you let me know at least 72 hours before the tattoo session.

  • If you are unable to give 72 hours notice, you will be required to pay a new deposit for the new date of the appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rearranged and you will be required to pay a new deposit. (Only in rare cases, like in case of a very busy day, with other clients after your appointment).

  • If you don’t show up you lose your deposit. Please always let me know if you cant make it, so I don’t go into work and setup just to waste time and supply.

  • It is a simple process, fairly easy to avoid any inconvenience. I truly appreciate your cooperation.
